Important Delivery Information

We aim to deliver within the specified timeframe upon receiving your order. If we fail to attempt delivery within this period and you have provided an accurate address, we may offer a full or partial refund of the delivery fee. However, if an incorrect address is provided, we may treat the order as cancelled and refund the price of the goods.

In cases where no one is available to accept the delivery, our courier will attempt another delivery on the next available business day unless you've arranged an alternative date. After this period, we may consider the order as cancelled and refund the goods upon receipt back.

Issues with Your Order?

If you do not contact us within 10 days of dispatch regarding any non-receipt of items, it may be too late for us to assist you since couriers only allow up to 7 days for any delivery disputes. Additionally, if you receive a damaged parcel, please report it to us within 3 business days of delivery.
