Return Process
- Notification Period: Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return an item. Ensure that the item is ready for return within 10 days of delivery.
- Return Request: Log your return request within 7 days of receiving your item. Select the appropriate reason for your return:
- Changed my mind / Item exchange
- Faulty on arrival
- Incorrect item received
Warranty Information
All products are covered by a 12-month warranty, unless stated otherwise. Warranty claims will be evaluated by our team before acceptance.
- We do not cover shipping fees for returns unless the item is faulty and returned within 6 months of purchase.
- A collection fee will apply if the item was ordered incorrectly or is no longer required.
Important Considerations
- Refunds are contingent upon inspection and may take up to 15 working days for processing.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if items are not in brand new condition or if seals are broken.
- After 6 months, refunds are no longer available; however, replacements or repairs may be possible based on inspection.
General Return Instructions
Please ensure all returned products are carefully packed with protective materials. Clearly mark your order number and return address on the package. We recommend insuring items sent back to us, as we cannot be liable for damages or losses during transit.
